Have We not expanded for you your breast?

Alam nashrah laka sadrak

And removed from you your burden,

Wa wa d'ana 'anka wizrak

Which had weighed upon your back?

Allazee anqada zahrak

And raised high for you your repute?

Wa raf' ana laka zikrak

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

Fa inna ma'al usri yusra

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

Inna ma'al 'usri yusra

So when you have finished [your tasks], then give your effort [to the worship of Allah].

Fa iza faragh ta fansab

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.

Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab
